Hämmerli SP20 Wooden Grip - Part 3

How to make exact hole not having plain perpendicular surfaces?
I prepared this paper template. Drill must be positioned between two pieces (parallel). See next photo.

Drilling 5.5mm hole for grip screw.

Fine.

Nice.

Very good.

This piece of wood is superfluous.

Palm shelf fixing screws and aluminium guiding "rails".

Rough shaped left and right parts of the pistol grip.

  3. I am a real fan of your amazing work Igor. I read your blog with a lot of interest and your grip making and the detailed way in which you share your knowledge is very commendable. That grip is coming off very nice.

By the way, you were also working on electric trigger for toz, any progress there.
    Keep writing.
    Best wishes
    John

    1. Hello,
      Thanks.

Trigger: it is hard to find fresh wave of motivation to finalize some things. But long winter evenings are coming...
SP20 grip has a higher priority for me than toz35 electronic trigger at the moment because of toz35 has already one of the best match triggers ever and it is right time to make new sp20 grip before the season 2013.

      bye
